The form

Do not enter a credit card number anywhere on this form. When we receive your paperwork an agent will call you to take payment over the phone. There is a 3.5% fee on card payments.

What happens after you submit

  1. A licensed bondsman reads your paperwork and calls you back on the number you gave.
  2. We confirm the booking, the charge and the bond amount, and check for any hold.
  3. We take the premium by phone — 15% of the bond, the Georgia maximum, with no added fees beyond the card processing fee.
  4. We take the bond to the Forsyth County Jail and the release clock starts.

If anything on the form was wrong or incomplete, we will simply ask you on the call. Nobody is going to be turned away over a typo at two in the morning.
